We are three women based in Colorado and we want to share our world with you. In one of the most active places in the country, we are always on the go, learning about what is new in fitness, mainly so we can eat the things we love. With a heritage from Eastern Europe (Germany & Transylvania) and the UK (Scotland & Ireland) we have developed a rather eclectic palette. Combine that with the health food of California and Colorado and we have a lot of recipes we want to share with you!
